Inner Circle University offers Coaching and Hiring Support Services for Insurance Agencies. We work with agencies of all sizes helping to uncover opportunities for growth and development, as well as matching top producers to Agencies seeking to hire employees. Michael Hass, Owner, Certified  Business Coach

Michael started his insurance agency in 2000 and ran it for 15 years and was satisfied as he was consistently one of the top agents in his State.
Michael hired a business coach in 2015 who helped him breakthrough his past and other obstacles holding him back, and is now one of the top agents in the country.
Michael is currently training and mentoring with his coach Jeffery Combs to bring the same content and break throughs to Inner Circle University clients.

Michael's "Why" Statement: 

"I started in this industry in 1999 and my why has not changed since I started.  I want to protect as many families as possible.  Through my 22 years as an agency owner I accomplished this goal but wanted a bigger influence in the world.  I wanted to protect everyone – while this is not possible, through my coaching business I can teach other agents what I did and assist them in protecting families in their states casting a wider net for my WHY."

Tasha Mills, Hiring Services Recruiter, Marketing & Business Development  

In 2018, Michael added Tasha to his staff. Tasha comes with over 20 years experience in Customer Service, Marketing, and Human Resources, including remote hiring, and support. Tasha is heading up our Captive Agency Recruiting Division and loves matching employees to the right Agency!

Tasha's "Why" Statement: 

"I started in the staffing industry right out of college and quickly found how fulfilling matching the right person to the right job was. In 2019 when Michael asked me to help one of his clients hire an LSP, the passion for finding the right match reignited and the rest is history. I look forward to meeting new people every day and after a few modifications, have found a process that works! I truly love hearing all the success stories from both Agents and new employees!"
