How to Make the Most out of your Coaching Call Time

Congratulations!  You are part of the elite group who recognizes the importance of having a Business Coach to help push you to the best version of yourself, unlocking your potential and taking your business to new heights! Many of you may have mixed emotions about your very first coaching call, not knowing what to expect.  We are here to help you! Often times, your coach may reach out to you prior to your first call and give you a list of things to have prepared for that first meeting - reports, financials, employee records, it could be a variety of items, depending on the type of coach you've hired and what you are trying to accomplish. 

Our advice for coaching is simple:

Listen to your coach. It is your coach's job to challenge you. But don't get flustered with the hard questions. Listen and respond accurately and honestly.  We understand your business is your baby.  You may get emotional or feel the need to defend your actions - but if you feel that you've done everything right, then why did you hire a coach?
