I was talking with my wife today and she made a profound statement. “What you put out is what you put in.” This statement is so true in every aspect of your life. Your Health, Your Career, your relationships are only as good as what you put into them.
Take a look at your life and the areas that you are succeeding, these areas you are more than likely putting the most into them. Some of these are obvious, like your health. If you eat healthy and work out there is a tangible link that shows up in your physical appearance. However, there are also so many additional benefits that potentially go unnoticed. For example, when your health is in prime shape you will also have mental acuity. Your brain will be functioning at its best and your thoughts and speech will be clearer. Also, you will have higher fatigue levels, allowing you to be at the top of your game for longer periods of time without rest. This will show up as being accurate for longer periods of time. Accuracy in any sport, relationship or business is so key.
If you can take all of this from taking care of your health, what will happen if you “put in” to your mindset? Will you see the same results? I can answer this as a yes. I chose to commit to my mindset and now I see the world in a different way. My clarity in the world has changed. I can see and attract to my realization the opportunities and people that I want and desire. This all started with a commitment to change and a path to accomplish this change. I started my day with making my bed and planning my day and taking control of those items that were in MY INNER CIRCLE and I let go of the rest. Did I stumble along the way? Why yes, I did, but I did not fail, I learned and grew and was able to manifest a different result the next time I was in that situation. We have all heard someone telling a story from the glass is half empty point of view and missing the half full side of reality. I choose every day to look at situations as half full, in fact the work that I have “put in” allows me to actually see the glass as completely full and spilling over.
I would challenge you to commit to improving your mindset one day at a time and in the end you will grow and see the world from a different point of view. Put the time in so you can achieve the results that you desire.
