Qualified can have a different meaning for different people.

At the current time, I primarily help Insurance Agencies across the US who are looking for Sales Agents. Successful Sales Agents possess the ability to start a conversation with a stranger, pull out pertinent information that's used to quote business, without trying to read from a script, build rapport and trust that leads to a long term relationship with referrals.

Why did we choose the name, The Cog Blog? 

A cog can be defined as, "a wheel or bar with a series of projections on its edge, which transfers motion by engaging with projections on another wheel or bar. We see each piece of information we provide, each person we help, represents a separate wheel, and when we all work together, it will provide forward moving direction. And that is our ultimate goal!  To help others become better versions of themselves and be able to take their professional career to new and better heights.
