This is a topic that I absolutely love because it allows you to control your own destiny.  Reverse engineering is not just for the analytic minds but for every business owner and employee.  If you know where you want to go (your goals and vision) then you can reverse engineer your goals down to what you need to achieve daily.

 Why daily numbers?  It compartmentalizes your daily habits so you can stay focused on the here and now and not get caught up on the daunting journey ahead.  For example, in my business I could see that my team needed to produce over 3000 quotes on an annual basis to achieve our goals.  This number was far to big to focus on daily so I would break this down to 4 quotes per day per agent.  This smaller goal was easy to focus on and made it achievable daily.

One of the most asked questions from my clients is "Can you help me with the job description?". It amazes me how something so simple is yet so crucial in the hiring process. 

For those who don't know me yet, I worked in the Staffing and HR industry for over 10 years and after that continued to assist in the hiring process with other employers. I am currently heading up the Hiring Services Division for Inner Circle University. A cog can be defined as, "a wheel or bar with a series of projections on its edge, which transfers motion by engaging with projections on another wheel or bar. We see each piece of information we provide, each person we help, represents a separate wheel, and when we all work together, it will provide forward moving direction. And that is our ultimate goal!  To help others become better versions of themselves and be able to take their professional career to new and better heights.
